from 10 A.M. until Noon EST to answer general questions about our
products or services, to schedule appointments and to book spiritual
work.  Customer Care will respond to your email within 24 hours.  On
some weekends or holidays, please expect a response within 24 hours
of the following business day.

Autumn Mist tries to personally respond to all email within 24 hours.  
However, if she's extremely busy, a personal response from her may

expect a response within 72 hours of the following business day.

If you are having a difficult time choosing a spiritual

an energy update on work already in progress.   However, no
purchasable services will be performed without payment.
